With many  FIFO workers spending at least half their year on-site and away from home, it is important for camp accommodations to foster a sense of community and have the right amenities and facilities. However, we know some sites are far from acceptable.  

Better conditions in FIFO camps not only improve workers' health and well-being, but also result in happier residents who are more productive and less likely to burn out and leave.
